MONSE offers returns on all full-price merchandise within 14 days of delivery, provided items are unworn and have all original tags attached. Please note that items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

Initiate Your Return

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

Prepare the Package

Securely pack your items in the original shipping box and include the printed return authorization form inside the package.

Affix the Shipping Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it to the outside of your parcel, ensuring any old labels are covered.

Drop Off and Track

Leave your package at any authorized carrier drop-off location; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt at our warehouse.
